You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for one time exchange, this policy apply to original list price buyer, we will not consider any exchange on discount items & custom made items (eg. custom made watch band / made to order items). Before returning the items, please notify us by e-mail. You are responsible to pay the return postage unless the items we send is in-correct, is damaged, or is missing parts. Item(s) which show clear signs of use is(are) not qualify to return. The purchase becomes effective upon the expiry of the 7-day return period. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 2-3 business days. A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with. For international tracked shipments, expect a 5-7 business day delivery time. Our shop will not be held responsible/reliable for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided or delayed shipments (Due to any reason such as Christmas overload etc.).
